A little fall of rain

I, as I often am in this most recurrent dream, was about to peform a musical number without any prior knowledge that I would be on stage. In this case, I was slated to perform 'On My Own' from Les Miserables in a talent show. I needed to rehearse, but my friend Katrina wanted to interview me before the show started.

I stole a few minutes beforehand to warm up and see if I remembered the words. At first, I thought I sounded okay, but then I realized all my vowels were coming out wrong.
