Surgical pathology begins

I started this blog at the end of medical school wondering if the content and caliber of my usually bizarre dreams would change as I embarked into the world of residency in pathology. After a particularly dry (dream-wise) several months, I have finally started my surgical pathology rotations, and unsuprisingly, my dreams have taken a screechingly immediate turn to the surreal and macabre.
